Yes. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition and must not have been used, washed or damaged in any way unless defective.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging in new, unused and saleable condition unless defective and the original receipt must be included.
Yes, but the customer needs to pay a special delivery fee depending on the country.
Yes. Click & Collect is available at all Polite Society stores. You will find most products online available to purchase via Click & Collect. At checkout, you can search your local stores to see if they have the product you're looking for.
